You must be 21 years or older to participate. Fill out the form below, print it out and bring it to the Study Hall IV or SB along with a valid California driver's license or ID card. The bartender on duty will check your ID and make sure your form gets processed.

Someone will contact you to schedule should you be lucky enough to be chosen for a spot.
